Working from Plans

Working from plans greatly simplifies the process of conceiving and designing a new home. There are many sources for home plan sets including our extensive portfolio of completed homes as well as home plan websites. But, even if you think you’ve found a great design to emulate, you will most likely want to make changes. Starting from an existing plan set our design team can resize rooms, move exterior walls, alter facades, etc. You get the best of both worlds – the simplicity of a pre-determined design and the flexibility to make it uniquely yours. 

Regardless of your preferred design approach, we always suggest that you spend some time perusing our existing plans and online sites. Even if you don’t find a plan that you love you can gather ideas that will help jump start your design process.
