Erin Bagnatori

Erin joined the Turnstone Team in 2015. Erin has spent his entire working life in construction. His interest and passion for job sites began as a boy, while spending summer breaks on construction sites with his father. Erin continued working in new construction during his high school breaks.

After attending the University of Delaware where he studied Theoretical Physics, Erin spent most of the 1990s supervising commercial construction projects in Wilmington, DE. Erin moved to Rehoboth Beach in 2001, following the housing boom, and has been involved in the growth of the area ever since.

Erin enjoys meeting the challenges of the fast-changing, custom home market. He also has extensive experience managing commercial construction projects including renovations of restaurants and professional offices throughout the state. Bagnatori has also managed the construction of large projects including a 60,000-square-foot medical facility and a large financial institution headquarters.

When Erin is not running the day-to-day operations of Turnstone, he can be found spending time with his son Gabe and wife Jana.
