Kitchen and Bath Showroom Manager

Haley began working with Turnstone in April of 2022 with 14 years of experience in Construction. She began her career in the Home Improvement Industry in 2008, eventually focusing more on the Kitchen and Bath sector in 2010. She grew up in small-town Doswell, Virginia where her father was a third generation Excavator, and her mother the Office Manager, Bookkeeper and Secretary of their self-employed family Excavation business. Growing up with her parents in the construction business taught her early on the importance of a solid work ethic and the immeasurable joy from doing work for homeowners.

She earned her degree in Sociology with a minor is Psychology from West Virginia University which has only sharpened her skillset working with clients. With over 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, design, management, and business development in the DC Metro market, Haley is a powerhouse when it comes to Showroom Management. Haley loves working in construction because the process of transforming ideas into something brand new and fresh is exhilarating. The ultimate payoffs are the tears of joy from a client whose vision came out perfectly or boastful referrals from a well-executed project.

Haley is incredibly friends/family oriented. Her parents still live in the house she grew up in. She has an older brother, a niece and nephew, and is the proud God-Mamma to twin girls, Shelby and Maggie, whose mother is an Ovarian Cancer Survivor and is often referred to as the sister she never had. Haley is passionate about supporting local businesses and helping them thrive. She also enjoys beach days, travelling, and spending quality time with close friends and family.
