Morgan became a part of the Turnstone team in 2016 with over 25 years in construction. As a child, he dreamed of being a Fighter Pilot after watching “Top Gun”. Instead of soaring the skies, Morgan is soaring through his career in home building. His impeccable attention to detail ensures each home he builds is truly one of a kind.

Due to his phenomenal attention to detail, it comes as no surprise that Morgan enjoys art. He is an amazing Photographer and Photoshop Guru. He also enjoys camping and spending time with his wife and three daughters. 

In 2022, Morgan was awarded Project/Production Manager of the Year by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Delaware.
