Erik Kampmann

Architectural Designer

Erik has been with Turnstone since 2017. With over 30 years’ experience in Architectural Design and a wealth of projects nationally and in the Virgin Islands, Erik has won awards for his designs. His wide spectrum of projects includes housing revitalization for the U.S. Military, commercial airport facilities, home additions and complete home makeovers, and, of course, high-end custom homes…his true passion.



Erik has been coming to the beach since he was big enough to skim board and his family established the Dairy Queen in Dewey Beach – where he spent a lot of summers slaving away making blizzards. Erik settled in Ocean View with his wife Karen and daughter Melanie several years ago and absolutely loves the beach life. Since moving to Delaware, he has also included four cats and a dog to his home. Erik is also a die-hard New York Yankees fan and was the lead singer of a thrash metal band called “Dead by Dawn” in his youth. Sometimes, you can even catch him in his office rocking out to Iron Maiden and Motorhead.
