Julie Clark

Julie Clark

Assistant Project and Pre-Construction Manager

Julie began working with Turnstone in October 2021 with over 10 years’ experience in Demolition and Rehabilitation. As a 3rd generation construction worker, Julie began working in construction with her father’s demolition company where at the age of 12 learned how to take down buildings safely. By the age of 24, she was working with her father in residential renovations. Julie loves everything about construction from project management and marketing to working with heavy machinery and the smell of diesel fuel. Julie’s favorite part about working in construction is the challenge of learning something new every day. She loves seeing a project in design then watching it become a reality. She enjoys custom homes the most as every individual is different and the home tells their story. She also loves all the different types of people she gets to meet. Julie is OSHA certified in Safety Coordination and also has experience in project management, estimating, sales & marketing, and master document drafting. She also has her Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies and her Bachelor of Arts in Business administration where she was the Valedictorian of her graduating class. Julie was even nominated as the Who’s Who as one of the top up and coming businesswomen of 2008.

Outside of Turnstone, Julie is incredibly involved with her husband, Steve, and two sons as well as her community where she is the children’s activity coordinator and planner of her community’s HOA. She enjoys running, gardening, re-finishing old furniture, driving on the beach, spending time with friends and neighbors, and attending concerts.
