Ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in custom homebuilding and/or renovations. Must be fully computer literate, able to multitask and work well under pressure.


Responsibilities include:

  • Daily liaison with clients
  • Maintain job logs/ project photos
  • Manage trade partner schedules and performance
  • Buy out all materials
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders and change orders
  • Create and monitor project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure adherence to quality control guidelines
  • Maintain an orderly and safe job site.

Full time laborer

Ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to grow with our company. Primary duties include but are not limited to:


  • Assisting the job site superintendent and project manager 
  • Ensuring all sites are clean at the end of each day 
  • Organizing our warehouse and materials
  • Picking up and delivering materials to and from jobsites. 


Requirements: 

  • Ability to pass a background check 
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more 
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid Drivers License

Superintendent

Ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years’ experience in residential construction.
