TURNSTONE ANNOUNCES COMMERCIAL DIVISION & NAME CHANGE
August 18, 2015
Turnstone Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Turnstone Builders is pleased to announce a significant reorganization of its businesses. The company’s core custom home construction and renovation operations will now operate under the name “Turnstone Custom Homes”. The new name more closely reflects the company’s mission of creating high quality, totally custom homes and renovations.
“We realized that the name Turnstone Builders did not clearly communicate what we do”, stated Turnstone President Harvey Ryan. “Our new name, Turnstone Custom Homes, makes it very clear that custom homes and renovations are the core focus of our business”.
Turnstone Holdings has also announced the formation of Stratus Commercial Contractors, dedicated to meeting the commercial construction needs of Sussex County businesses of all sizes. The commercial division will be managed by Erin Bagnatori.
Erin brings over 20 years of experience managing commercial construction projects including renovations for several restaurants and bars in the resort area and numerous professional offices throughout the state. In addition, Erin has managed the construction of several larger projects including a 60,000 square foot medical facility and a large financial institution.
“We are really excited about the opportunity to combine Turnstone’s resources with Erin’s extensive experience managing commercial projects”, Ryan stated. “Having Erin on board allows us to expand our scope of services without taking our eye off of the ball with respect to our core custom home business”.
Bagnatori’s firm had been doing subcontract work for Turnstone for several months. “It soon became obvious to me that the Turnstone people share the values and ethical standards that have been the foundation of my success”, said Bagnatori. “I’m excited to be able to leverage Turnstone’s strong back office operations so I can concentrate on doing what I love – managing complex commercial construction projects”.
In addition to restaurants, the company will also focus on professional office construction and fit-outs. “We already have strong relationships within the medical and legal professions with respect to our residential construction services, so it makes sense to leverage Erin’s decades of experience to manage their professional office renovations”, said Ryan.
Turnstone recently celebrated its 11th year serving coastal Sussex County’s custom home market. The company is located in the Turnstone Building, directly across Route 1 from the Big Fish Grill. To learn more visit www.tchde.com or call 227-8876.
